Have you ever wanted to become more physically attractive but did not know where to begin? Or do you feel like there is not enough time? Well, there is enough time when you pause to make time with little steps toward your journey.



In this blog post, I’m going to give you the rundown on how creating healthier beauty habits will increase your femininity and sexuality to improve the new you.



Let’s begin by starting internally; your external beauty begins with what you are putting in your mind so if you’re letting other people consume your time and energy then you are allowing them to take away your own life.

This is something that I’m constantly working on. One way to look at is if you’re not going to see them again then why worry about it they are not going to your funeral so why care?





If they are responsible for your money, say a boss-well there is always another job out there it is just that you are too lazy to find another job, or that you are too comfortable in that job. You need to decipher what it is.  





The thing is there is ALWAYS another way to get the bag-for example a restaurant is a restaurant. The skill of being a waiter is applicable anywhere just like the skill of being a saleswoman applies to any business you want to build even digital marketing.





Now you’re most likely wondering, Natasha, what does this have to do with creating healthy beauty habits.





We want to live in financial abundance and prosperity which will allow us to create and provide for us the best beauty products the market will find.





If you have been following me for some time now I'm not a big fan of going to the salon unless it is colon therapy treatments for hair treatments. 

The rest I truly do at home because I find the process self meditating however, you have to do what is best for YOU.





Let’s begin on beauty treatments that you should begin at home. 


INTERNAL

Let’s first start by cleansing off those negative energies because the energy we vibrate on saging is the best way to do that and you can go ahead and watch this video to find out more on how to do it.



I do enjoy this sage here which is a gem.



The next thing that you want to be doing is drinking a gallon of water a day you have to start cleansing yourself or you’re going to be harboring those energies in you. I love drinking a gallon of water a day-it makes your hair grow! Plus gives you amazing skin!

NAILS

Now let’s keep going with nails, your hands are essential! Remember the COVID was spread from the hands and having a good hand presentation is key. That means hand sanitizer, nail cuticles, and smooth hands. (which is hard when you lift weights like me but it's okay because we can’t all be perfect!)



I do love this collagen hand cream that I proudly stole from my mother's room that protects me from the sun. I put it in my handbag and not in my car. 



The next thing I enjoy using is Sally Helgesen Vitamin E Oil for my cuticles which is so much fun to rub in after a busy night.



Now you’re most likely wondering about the feet? Well, I did this trick that I put up on my tik tok-I used Clinique Extra Moisture Relief lotion (that is meant for the face) on my feet! 


After you do that amazing routine, cover it up with your favorite fluffy socks.

Despite whatever is happening in your work life you have to be strict with your beauty routine and habits because it calms you down.


In this part, I’m going to go first with the face then we are going to go with the body!


This is what I have been currently using for my winter months in Florida which is about 60 degrees and I’m FREEZING!



To keep your face CLEANT especially taking off all your make up you need to try Clinique Total Facial Wash I’m loving it right now for my newly 30 years young skin!


It strips everything away! I couldn’t believe it! I do so many reviews on it on my channel that you don’t want to miss out on here.



The next thing that you want to go in with is a CeraVe Facial Wash which then takes away the dirt in the pores and prevents, heals acne. 


There are so many from the collection that I can point out on but I do enjoy this one.


Then you have to go in with a toner. Toners are amazing because they seal the skin up with extra nutrients that your skin needs to keep skin timeless and youthful.

Now if you are going out in the sun you always want to be using sunscreen-I do enjoy this one from Cerave.

Now let’s go on to the body! The body for me is highly important because we are sexual beings and the body is the first thing that we look at.


Using oils for me is essential to keeping skin young and tight! I have been loving this oils-collagen oil is great to keep skin firm but mixed in with coconut oil MY GOD!


YOU HAVE MAGIC!

Now if you want extra moisture and are living in a very cold climate or you want added moisture just to keep skin younger looking then go in with Queen Helene Cocoa Butter.


HAIR

Aztec Hair Mask

Jojoba Oil


I bet you didn’t realize that aging also begins in the hair? Having healthy hair can begin topically-and also with your thoughts! Remember here at Confidently Healthy we believe that our thoughts create our reality and that means even keeping young!


You want to use Aztech Hair Mask twice a week on your hair for 45 minutes which will help hair keep your hair strong and give you length!

I do enjoy using it and mixing it in myself because it just gives me time to hear my negative thoughts come about and I cancel them out with positive thoughts!


The next thing that you want to do is twice a week the day before your hair mask you want to go ahead and put jojoba oil in your hair because what this does helps your hair grow-it also makes it stronger.


The only thing is you want to make sure you put on a nightcap before you go to bed because the oils will sink into your pillow and that is not a good look at all plus it will clog your pores!
