How to Avoid Baggy Skin and Keep Skin Glowing.

Are you worried about having baggy skin while losing weight? I have lost over 67 pounds and have not had any saggy skin, have not done any plastic surgery, and as well have not done any massages; so you would think I know a thing or two about skin.


In this post, I’m going to teach you exactly step by step what you need to purchase so you can still keep your skin youthful and radiant and avoid that baggy skin unhealthy look; however, please remember this is entirely up to you.


It is up to you to be consistent and to do the work; reading won’t do much without implementation.

First, thing that you need to do in order to avoid baggy skin and to skin glowing is to drink water.




You must drink constant water at least half a gallon a day. You most likely are wondering how do you do that?

You have to purchase bigger water bottles or you’re never going to drink the water itself-you have to force yourself to drink water over the sodas or you’re going to get really dry and toxic skin.

You can add flavor to your water such as lemons, limes, and even berries however, you do need a water bottle.

The second thing you must do in order to avoid baggy skin is to start putting lotion on your skin daily-I actually have a video on this on my Youtube that goes further into detail on the concept.

However, choosing a lotion is entirely up to you I do recommend having one that melts into your skin well such as Nivea Coconut instead of the blue tin can. 

The thing is what you’re thinking and feeling, when you’re actually putting the lotion on-please do not speak or think negatively when you’re touching yourself because that will produce baggy skin.

What you want to do is get the negativity away from you by swishing down from the body, more details on Youtube.

The third thing that you need to do is really, really implement a very strong healthy shower routine that means; what type of soap are you using? Are you dry brushing? Are you scrubbing? 


Weight loss is a slow process that you do daily-and taking care of the skin has to begin today.



That means look at the soap that you’re using. Are you using a scrubber?

These are my two product recommendations, that I highly suggest to use because I have not even gained one wrinkle from using them.


The fourth thing that you should work on is implementing Coconut Oil into your life-no seriously it works. 



Coconut oil is great for skipping the lotion and really implementing serious collagen onto the skin.





Over time people say that when you age you lose collagen but you can restore that from what you’re eating and what you’re putting onto your skin.





Coconut oil is a great way to do that! I loved this one and would put it on my skin at least 1-2 a week in the evening with a cozy pj, implementing the tricks I taught you within the video. 



The fifth and last thing that you need in order to prevent baggy and toxic skin is to actually start drinking wheatgrass! I loved this one from Dr. Bergs and have a blog post on it; (please search wheatgrass on blog if not linked-one woman show here! ;D) you cannot miss out on it. It’s so good and it restores everything that you’re looking for within missing your vegetables as well as your antioxidants.

Be sure not to miss out on these products! This is just the base of what I can cover because I have used so many to keep my skin tight during weight loss but I do not want to overwhelm you so this is the foundation that you need to implement.
