How to Cure Your IBS
Your Step By Step Guide to Stop Your IBS Nightmare!
Are you managing IBS; are extremely stressed that you have IBS and your social life is non-existent?
In this post, I am going to give you a detailed step-by-step guide on how I healed my IBS for GOOD-and it was so bad.
I had to pull over one day in my life driving home from Orlando in a white jumpsuit and my movements were uncontrollable.
I know the embarrassment that one faces when you have to deal with IBS, you can’t work well with others because you’re constantly thinking about when is the next time you have to go to the restroom and more.
So here are the key steps:
Water and Stress.
Ask yourself, how much water are you drinking per day? You should be drinking at least a gallon a day.
Also, see your stress levels-why are you stressed is it because you’re trying to control an outcome?
Or not confident in yourself and you’re abilities? Or you’re not journaling? If so this video, this video might help you.
Journaling is vital because it helps you release stress within your body and what IBS begins with is stress stored up within the body that has yet to be released however, that is why you’re here.
If you don’t believe me you can keep going with the ways of the doctors or give this a try but this is what worked for me.
Bacteria Test.
The only time I visited the doctor; who was amazing suggested a Bacteria test after recommending everything that I have been doing.
Such as peppermint oil on the stomach-if you want to check out The Peppermint Bar-they have a new collection that is coming out soon and is fabulous!
However, what I couldn’t do is her bacteria breath test which lasted TWO HOURS. Luckily you can bring your laptop there so I decided to write blog posts and apply them to new things. (have to give you suggestions)
Colonics
If you haven’t heard about this consider this your lucky day because this will absolutely help you to achieve healing your goals.
If you do not know what this is-it is when you have a lovely little tube behind you and you relieve yourself with water to empty out all of your waste within your stomach.
This will help you with gas, bloating and the heaviness it feels in your stomach-it will also help you jump-start the process of losing weight.
How many colonics do you need?
You need about three colonics in a three-month time period and you HAVE to follow this step-by-step plan that I created to get the most bang for your buck.
One colonic cost $60.00 however three should only cost $180.00-I did this alongside the treatment from the doctor plus the following information so it is very important not to skip steps.
Digestion Pills
Remember, when I said there are steps; well in order for IBS to never come back into your life you have to then monitor with Digestion pills because what happens after the Colonics is that you might still have waste within your body; nevertheless, you need to regulate your body and train your stomach.
These are the best digestion pills that will help you manage and regulate your stomach.
Remember, these pills are different than probiotics which have bacteria to remove waste. Digestion pills from are made differently and you should consult your higher self if they are right fit for you and your body.
BE SURE to take this at night ONLY.
Probiotics
These are something you can take if you’re interested in a more intense cleanse throughout the day-probiotics are great when you need a cleansing of your stomach because they replace the bad bacteria with the good.
You might think this is too much however if you’re eating horribly you will have to start taking probiotics to help you flash out the toxins within your body but that will not replace your bad eating habits-that are simply not attractive.
Wheatgrass
The next thing that I highly recommend that you implement is wheatgrass-I created another blog post here that explains the benefits and routine of wheatgrass that you absolutely have to implement in your life.
Ever since I have been drinking wheatgrass, my energy has been 100%, my hair vibrant and my skin glowing.
Not only that it is EXTREMELY rich in vitamins, and serves as a double shot of veggies, (so if you skip eating veggies-even though you shouldn’t).
