Should you Really be Drinking Wheatgrass?
Do you think wheatgrass is a joke? Or any green powder is a joke? If so then you are in the right place because I’m going to give you a full breakdown of if or not you should be drinking green powder within your diet.
Listen, there is so much BS on the market-I literally cannot deal. Like when can we actually eat real food? That is the real nutrients, however, I understand that life gets busy and we need a cheat code and I finally found it-that works.
Wheatgrass juice.
It works-it doesn’t take horrible and you can use it with these amazing gems called Cholorphel Liquid Drops that are in peppermint.

So far during the time of this blog post writing, my digestion is getting happier and I feel extremely more alert.
I’m awfully surprised that I have only been taking it for a couple of days and it is so ingrained in my routine.
Now you’re most likely wondering what wheatgrass does? Wheatgrass is a supplement that will help with your vitality, lose weight, improve digestion, protects against cancer (however, I believe stress brings that on), and increases the muscles.
It is a gem and staple to have within your diet plan.
Now is it okay to drink it every day? Yes! You should drink it every day! Drinking wheatgrass every day is such a great alternative to actually just juicing the thing itself-the powder form is great, literally takes less than 5 minutes to do, and is simple.
Plus you get your greens.
I highly suggest Dr. Bergs wheatgrass powder it is the most delicious one on the market and it doesn’t take the crap.
However, you do have to be mindful that it does make you use the restroom be close to that but you get MORE than your daily servings of veggies,you really cannot beat that!
At the time of this writing, I have lost 1.7 pounds this I have been consuming wheatgrass and specifically this wheatgrass.
Can’t say I am complaining! I really enjoy this gem in my Confidently Healthy routin, and I think you would too!
