Are you looking to have youthful, strong hair which is luscious and timely at every age? Then get ready this blog post is going to be for you because I went from flab hair to strong and rich hair that even wowed my hairdresser!
There are many things you need to do prior to even using a hair bonnet when you’re sleeping now if you’re with a partner you’re most likely thinking to yourself am I going to look ugly when I am sleeping and honestly if you’re new to this thing-you will feel ugly but you’re not so please take a chill pill and relax.
We don’t have to be sexy all the time.
There is something that I do twice a week and that is prep and that is jojoba oil with a morning hair mask during my walks.
During the evening, I wear a hair bonnet with the jojoba oil or castor oil on my hair along with the Peppermint Bar spray on my head (all of this is around your workout schedule-check out the resource tab for help to create a beauty and health schedule).
This should take you less than 5 minutes max-I really cannot be dedicating an evening routine every night for an hour.
