Reducing intakes of processed sugars and processed foods is important. Eating more plant-based diets. Get pumped in the gym. Are you drinking more water? Have an enjoyable breakfast. Keep moving. Eat healthy food. Lifting weights. Incease your physical activity. Fewer calories.

All of this is great; however, this goes into mindset overload when you're trying to lose weight.

What you need is to focus on-is small and efficient changes over time that will lead to stunning results.

What is the real way to lose weight?

How do I lose weight fast? It might be necessary for some individuals to perform more exercise or have some sort of eating list. All movement is helpful in burning calories and each calorie intake is vital to your successful weight loss journey.

Either way---

Congratulations; you have decided to lose weight and choose to have a better life; however, you’re struggling with staying consistent and being better-we are now going to overcome that.

This is the number one blog post you must implement into your life to help you think, do, and feel better today.

The first thing that you need to understand; is that throughout the day-

#1 There is no end goal:

This is a lifelong journey and there is no destination. This is the creation of the new you.

Although; you might commit to reaching 145 pounds 21% body fat that is not your destination; the destination is the process of achieving that goal.

Read it again.

It is the process of achieving the goal: who are you becoming?

Your focused on successful eating habits; such as eating a high protein breakfast in the morning and high protein meals throughout the day.

Instead of focusing on your looks-you're focused on you're health habits; such as reducing sugary beverages like as soda.

Any weight loss programs; will tell you that you need to reduce sugary drinks: however, losing that habit cold turkey will not help you; rather the loss of losing it one drink per day.

Successful weight loss is not the destination, however, but what you do.

Understanding there is no destination takes the pressure off you and realize that this is for you-your health and mental stability.

This makes weight loss success; extremely easy to attain once you understand the fundamentals of what you need to consistently do each day to attain a result.

For example; if you're focused on simply cutting out processed foods from your diet-you're more than likely going to gain the weight back from your body and not create a sustainable weight loss that you're looking to attain.

You have to focus on creating sustainable weight loss efforts; this means subtracting processed food choices over time to decrease your body weight and replace them with healthy food choices.

#2 Have you discovered your purpose or your why?

Your purpose is the meaning that you give to the action of doing something-the why is the reason behind your movement.

In order to lose a healthy weight, and keep it off; you need your intentions lined up and losing weight for a boy or a pageant or competition is not sustainable healthy weight loss efforts.

A weight loss plan is a great place to start; however, please keep in mind that mindful eating that you're changing your relationship with food and it is safe to say no to things that usually people eat simply because they are bored.

Toxic weight loss is unhealthy. When you're building a new body you want to focus on releasing your internal pain around your emotions, food, and create healthy habits that sustain a new identity.

For example; my purpose is because I was surrounded by sick adults my whole life and I heard a voice that said not me-however, it took me time to change.

My why is different than your why because we come from different aspects of life; however, in order to have a successful weight loss story you need to have a clear intention of the purpose behind your goals in order to stay consistent.

Your focus should be creating a healthy lifestyle; that introduces you to new individuals and creates new opportunities for yourself.

What does this look like to everyone? This looks like in building healthy eating habits; such as eating slowly and instead of skipping meals; you're focused on eating high protein meals to create a steady weight loss program that works for you.

#3 Be an inspiration for others.

Doubt runs wild in the world I never had doubt until I entered the world of social media of those who shared their pains on the platforms. It was only until I became confident in myself and that doubt was removed; it wasn’t delusion it was trust in myself that I was brilliant and could accomplish a silly weight loss goal.

When you accomplish something so big if you’re 200 pounds overweight, 300 pounds overweight etc. 

Stress hormones block your access to producing the success that you want to produce; therefore, you want to make sure that you're removing those stress hormones throughout the day.

How to lose weight fast; is thinking about others and how your weight loss will help them because it is not the weight loss, but, the lifestyle and the glow that will bring.

This is why being consistent shows others that they are also worthy of living a valuable life.

That valuable life is one of cleanliness, healthy eating, and self-enjoyment. However, the most important is one of self-respect for yourself-as, not many values of giving themselves self-respect.

Overall health; begins internally-have you asked yourself what does the person who has the thing you want do-consistently?

#4 Be an inspiration for yourself

Don’t you want to see what happens if you do not give up? What do you look like? What is that process looking like for you?

When you fall in love with yourself-it is like you have this feeling that you do not know where the journey is going to take you; however, you know that you are always provided for that means you took a step on you. 

Everyone's story is different; in getting to the end journey, however, nothing changes that you have to create healthy habits to create sustainable health benefits that your body can benefit from.

Healthy habits do not focus on eating fewer empty calories though; rather fulfilling caloric intake that produces physical activity is what you want to focus on.

When you focus-do not focus on the whole event but rather just on today. What do you need to do to be better tomorrow? What are the biggest things in your weight loss that will push you forward?

For instance; it could be walking for 30 more minutes or lifting weights at a higher rep than you did yesterday.

The key mindset that you want to ask; is are you improving each day on the things that move your weight loss plan forward?

Reducing your body and maintaining weight loss takes time; therefore, this is not an overnight process to expect however, with steady weight loss you can create a beautiful muscle mass that will maintain your weight loss journey.

Think about the healthy snacks you can create; think about the fun ways you can burn calories that put you out of your comfort zone but still move you forward.

Remember; you don't want to skip meals either-enjoy food and enjoy life.

When you look back you’re going to be thanking yourself that you took that first step-I look at that photo of myself and I am shocked that I listened to that little voice that told me to get up and stop being a VA!

Be consistent in inspiring yourself and realize this isn’t about any exterior motive; however, for yourself.

That is the difference between trying to lose weight and keeping it off-we can even ignore the term keeping the weight off and rather think of being consistent; as an act of developing healthier habits for your future self that is built in the current self.

#5 Think about your family

This one gets to me when my family sees my photo and those around me say wow how much have you changed; however, it inspires them to begin to start changing as well.

We all love some members of our families and those members need to be inspired in order to take action on their health and realize that healthy foods are not things to not enjoy but rather to enjoy because of their benefit of them internally and externally. 

#6 Think about your original goals of why you started

I understand that this is contradicting number one, however, it is great to be vain sometimes, and remember if you were doing it for a boy, a girl, a beauty pageant, or something external now you’re doing this for yourself.

When you start looking at dieting you should start to begin focusing on one to two pounds per week; however, instead of losing weight loss, I want you to focus on your healthy foods.

Imagine having Parkinson's at age 55 or not being able to run at that age because of your ailments. You want to start visualizing a strong healthy body that you’re in and what that looks like to you it is very important that you attend to visualizing what that body looks like 

Changing from an external goal to an internal goal of self-validation is the indicator of validation that you will need in order to be successful and consistent with your weight loss goals.

When you place your focus off the drop pounds and place it back on health-building more muscle: while focusing long more calories that are concentrated on healthy fats and protein riched foods.

#7 Do you really want to go back to being the old you?

Think about it the old you toxic? It is needy, clingy, and is always in a state of want rather than being magnetic and trusting that you have it already.

When you develop a healthy gym schedule with yourself and the gym-you start developing a healthy relationship and boundaries with yourself.

Instead of just focusing on weight loss: ask yourself how are you going to maintain weight loss?

This has to come from focusing on building sustainable healthy habits around lifting weights: which is the easiest way to maintain weight loss.

Losing weight is not hard; it is just developing the mindset that you're constantly progressing in life IF you keep going.

That is the mental hack where are you going to shift your mindset? It is not a journey of always losing weight but rather a celebration of living a healthy life and you want to be mindful that you're developing healthy boundaries with yourself and those around you.

#8 Think about the mental blocks that you’re breaking in your mind taking action

Think about every time you take action and say no to something or become dedicated to your gym and eating schedule no matter where you’re at in the world you're creating a new identity.

All the difference; is taking action between the mental blocks in your mind and focusing on more calories that are more healthy fats for you.

Many times mental blocks are focused on "how much more weight to lose" in order to get their goal body weight. However, that is not the case for many: as many think about fad diets will get them to the results rather a healthier approach to life.

Low carbohydrate diet is great, however, ask yourself if it is sustainable for you? You want something to aid weight loss that will help you create a healthier life for you.

Instead: who is the person (diet-depending) replacing refined carbohydrates, choosing low-fat dairy products, looking at blood sugar levels, and approaching healthy weight loss with a disease prevention mindset vs disease control mindset?

#9 Think of your life of possibilities 

When you are consistent you can begin to think of your life as a possibility there is no such thing as failure just a new beginning with better knowledge and opportunities. 

Starting to think of your life as one big possibility; opens the door to excitement and you can stop looking at other people's lives and start looking and focusing on yourself.

When you are consistent you have a reason to keep going and something to be grateful for. 

Weight loss is a long journey and the reason why so many people fail and gain the weight back by eating empty or too few calories is that they consistently view the journey as weight loss.

I have this new saying that life always changes just as the time changes from 1 PM to 130PM.

Just as your life is filled with the possibilities-your body is going to be changing as well and the way you view food will as well.

What happens if the metabolism slows? No matter if it slow or not you should still keep with your healthy habits such as replacing refined carbs, building around a low-carb diet, formalting a healthy weight by losing weight and keeping it off.

#10 As a magical adventure.

When you think of health, your fitness, and your body, your mind, your energy as a vessel a tool to get you places where you want to go in this world your mind will be like a magnetic and you will then begin to think of it as a magical adventure.

The key thing is becoming prepared and staying prepared because that is your mind of this new person and this is what you do no matter if you take a day off or you slack-you know how to get back up.

In order to do this you have to create healthier eating habits. Instead of looking at eating habits as abrasive or abused; such as you're giving something -think about what you're gaining.

For example, instead of eating fast: eat slowly to observe all of the tastes of the cuisine you have in front of.

If it is low carb diet-enjoy that and the creation of what you're building a healthier you that is around your lifestyle.

What are you gaining with your healthier eating habits?

Freedom.

However, how are you going to be consistent if you do not have healthy eating habits that help you create sustainable weight loss?

You're gaining freedom; you're gaining freedom from the hospital, freedom from self-criticism and self-doubt.

Eating habits that are around your magical adventure, and your cultural life will be ten times easier to stay consistent.
