HOW TO HAVE A WORK-LIFE BALANCE WITH QUARANTINE

I want to begin by saying that this post is dedicated to everyone who thinks that working at home means that your employer as the right to abuse you and that is not the case. You working at home means you have a work life balance and this post is here to help you crack the mindset that your boss is not your God.



The first step is changing your beliefs. If you believe every thought that you think that is a horrible life to believe in we would all be very negative people.

The trick is not to believe or take action on every thought or every emotion but to feel them and to let them go let them arise.

If your boss doesn’t understand that working from home is also YOUR HOME; and your becoming violent, frustrated at the house I wonder what these feelings can do your health and those around you if you do not allow yourself to walk outside and let yourself BREATH?




AGAIN.




Your boss is not your God. 


Walk outside three times a day morning, noon and the afternoon.




This is why walking for 30 minutes a day three times a day and letting people know about it via a slack message is essential to having a good and productive work day.




Meal prep one meal and that is your lunch




You will be surprised at how much one meal will save you the time-that is always your lunch. There is so many things to do in the day and you cannot do them all. Have one meal saved up.

Do not consume their energy instead laugh because they are laughable people. 




Do not let people’s bs be in your energy. It is theirs not yours. They have nothing to be in your life and that is the thing the thing is that-they are not going to your funeral.




If you doubt that they are ask them if they will be attending then; question everything they do at work if you should consume it or not if it goes into your big plan or not because then times than not it is not going to be. 


Then keep going. That is how you win.
