WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVEN'T ACHIEVED GOALS

Let’s talk a new year is on its way and it seems that many of us sort of slipped or have not achieved everything that we desired. 


And having Instagram on our page is not helping; we must stop getting distracted from what we need to be doing and start taking action on our goals and create the discipline to get there.

However, there is one thing that stops us from getting there and that is our feelings, thoughts, and emotions. The illusion of what life is supposed to be instead of enjoying the present moment of right now.





FEEL THE FRUSTRATION AND GROW FROM IT





Let’s get into the feeling part because I have been there well those feeling start from taking on emotion and thought.





Your thoughts create your reality and unless you look at your day and most importantly your systems, habits, and routines as the person you want to be CURRENTLY; you will never get to your goal. 





Before you keep going through the article; ask yourself did you start your goal with the idea in mind of being the person you want to be or just the goal?





If it is any goal you have to go in there with the idea in mind of the person you want to be because goals vary from time to time.





HOW TO FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PROGRESS





That doesn’t mean you change who you are-you are always developing as a person and human being that is why you have to be attached to the process.





Who is the person attached to the process? That is the person you have to refine-the negative beliefs, the negative programming, the negative circle-you have to then go ahead and replace that with positivity.





For instance, a lot of women who lose weight and gain it all back did not fall in love with the process they just had this mindset of losing weight and the goal but they fail to realize it was the systems, habits, and routines that will get them there and maintain that success.





HOW TO GET OVER SELF GRATIFICATION 





Let’s talk about self gratification-you are not Amazon so why are you treating your life and business that way?





Do you know how many documents it takes to produce a business? How many steps does it take to lose 5 pounds?

Your imagination is the ship of your life but it is not Amazon to deliver it straight away. You have to develop this mindset that no matter how long it takes you’re being dedicated to the lifestyle that can produce that goal.




How do you do that?




By embodying that you already are the person who has it-it is that simple. You have BE-DO-HAVE.

UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR GOALS ARE NOT ON THE DEADLINE-YOU ARE.

Remember, when I was speaking earlier regarding systems, habits, and routines. If you’re so dedicated to reaching the goal how can you maintain that goal?



There is no such thing as goals but the creation of the new identity of who is producing the lifestyle you want to have.



That is an implementation of a routine, habits, and systems. Let’s take creating youtube success or even acting success.



It only takes ONE break to become YOUR VERSION of successful however, there are many multiple steps to make that ONE break happen.
