Mindset vs. Mental Health

Hey everyone in this blog post we are going to speak about two different things that I think a lot of people get confused about and that is mindset vs mental health.

When you enter entrepreneurship there is a lot of discussion on mindset but what happens if you're doing all of things and your negative perception is not going away? Things are not moving and you’re stuck in an unhappy marriage? Your relationships are not moving and your relationships have not developed?

.

Usually, this is a common sign of mental health now I’m not saying this is a problem to be ashamed about but mental health is a serious condition that must be addressed because when you experience the symptom that you’re crying, overly sensitive, emotional and irrational for example these are common signs of bipolar disorder.

Many of my readers have this which is okay to have, the Creator made you perfectly perfect the way you are and you can still be great just the way you are but you must be constantly dedicated to self improvement and committed to yourself.

This means by dedicating yourself to being a Confidently Healthy®️ individual mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually; which is what I teach inside the Confidently Healthy®️ course to create a sustainable healthy way of living so you can become that elegant human being you want to be with that profitable business you want to have free of that negative emotions.

Mindset is the way you look at things

Listen, if you say your life sucks your life is going to suck-when you change the way you look at things the things you look at change. This is common knowledge. For example, you can be unemployed but have more time to dedicate to your small business and get all of the huge knots out of the way till you find a job and rewrite your resume to fit your new dream job that supports your business instead of bouncing around each 5 years from job to job.

Be grateful for where you’re at right now.

Mindset is how you look at things and how you look at the future and the key thing the future can always be improved by what you’re doing now so look at what you’re doing now.

Mental Health is your mental diagnosis not the end of the world so many people are successful with it so please stop making excuses and not living your own life because of it-try with the first step and then the second step then the next step.
