Why is Health so Important?

Your guide in starting your health journey

In this blog post, we are going to address something that no one thinks is important and that is your health. We live in a society that all we focus on is stocks, bonds, the grind, being a shark, finding someone, and everything in between to be frank it gets exhausting to just even think about it but I want to address it is very important to not be in your brain but to take action on the most important thing that you have and that is your health. 



We will address four key pillars creating a holistic healthy lifestyle you can find fulfillment and joy to create your version of a Confidently Healthy life. 




Mental Health 

 

Let’s begin with your foundation; your mental health without your mental health you are nothing on this planet. You must have a strong foundation that observes your thoughts and realizes which thoughts to pursue and which ones to ignore.




Not all thoughts are your own. You must realize which thoughts to ignore. How do you do this? 




I have this simple exercise trick that I enjoy doing that is what I call the dumpster/trash can effect where I just sit back and I just observe my thoughts then speak to them.




I say trash this, the trash that, trash that.




It can be a guy or a girl that is stuck on your mind (which is unhealthy by the way) or a business topic that you are pursuing, fear creeping in to learn how to trash it and push it away. 




Physical Health 




One way to increase your mental health is through your physical health. Working out and walking is the best way to enhance your mental health. 




If there is one thing that I cannot stand, it is people not moving their beautiful bodies! What does moving do? Moving helps you enhance your intimacy and sex life, gives you great skin, relaxes you, calms you down, and gives you a clear mind. 




Stepping outside for at least 5 minutes out of your workday will not hinder your work performance but will only enhance it so if you’re dealing with a tough boss just have a diplomatic conversation that explains the benefits of stepping outside for 5 minutes a day during the workday.





Spiritual Health 





Listen, no one likes crazy, having a strong spiritual foundation is essential because of the aspect of faith. 





When you’re doing something crazy, you have to have a little bit of faith because you’re venturing into the unknown which is of course scary but don’t you want to see what you’re capable of?





Take a chance on yourself and learn how to lean into that fear of pursuing that fantasy because each choice is an action step that brings you closer to what you want or what you don’t want. 





Sexual Health





Sexual health is essential to mental and emotional well-being, but we are not speaking only about sexual health but intimate health. 





Intimate health is the actions that lead up to the physical moments of the act of sex; this is well-considered communication with your partner.





Sexual health is a form of health and it is not something you should ignore. 





However, the caveat is that without solid mental health, physical health, or spiritual health you can never receive or give great sexual health to yourself and your partner. 





This is why your health and investing in yourself are so important. Ask yourself what foundation are you giving yourself to give yourself a proper life?





You can't do everything in this world-the key thing is to enjoy life and to spend time with your love ones and to give yourself amazing experiences along the way.
