Many people online think that glowing up is physical but glowing up starts with your mind; what do you REALLY want to do with your life?



That is what you will be doing with your life.



Glowing up means you are putting yourself first and creating your own happiness.

How do you start glowing up mentally?



You can begin by journaling each and every single day and asking yourself what type of life do you want to live? How are you spending your time?



Are you working a 9-5 or running your online business? Are you attending dance classes? Are you spending your time traveling or studying?



Ask yourself exactly what you’re doing with your free time and then what you’re doing earning that money.



With this economy ANYTHING and EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

How to Become Naturally Prettier

Listen, one thing I can’t stand is women thinking they are ugly, wanting straight hair when they have curly and vice versa. 


If God wanted you to have that he would have given it to you. 


Becoming naturally prettier starts with developing a mindset and decision that you’re already pretty.


Nevertheless, there are steps that you should be taking on a regular and that is in regards to your health, beauty, and mindset.


In regards to your health, ask yourself what are you actually consuming daily? I go over a very special vitamin and vegetable hack in this post


You have to at least move your body, through walking each and every single day it can be in nature of in work!

Walking was one of the ways that I was able to lose 67 pounds in the year in a half and is a staple within my routine.

The trick is to what to think about walking? 


Just be present and ask yourself to look at what you’re creating; every day you’re creating something.

Now let’s speak about mindset; you have to understand there is only one of you-and that to be ‘naturally’ prettier you have to dedicate yourself to health.

How to Glow Up Physically


When we mean to glow up physically; we don’t mean plastic surgery-we mean yoga, pilates, dancing-anything but the knife.


The mentality that you want to have glowing up is that you want to create sustainable changes for long-term growth. 


If you're not aware that when you get plastic surgery is that there are many bumps and holes left in your skin and when you gain the weight EVERYTHING is uneven.


Don’t believe me ask your plastic surgeon what will happen if you gain the weight back. This is why I created the Confidently Healthy system to become healthy for long term sustainable change (how I lost 67 pounds throughout the quarantine)

Remember you’re not Amazon Prime, take your time and sustainable foundational change.

How to Become a ‘Baddie’ Overnight. 

Decide it and will happen because you already were one to start but you never really saw until you met me. :D

Confidence comes from within and deciding you’re going to take a chance on yourself and really going for it.

That moment begins now.

Now you’re first going to start looking at what you’re envious of and ask yourself what can you do to get that and get that in the present moment by taking small daily actions each and EVERY single day.

Your life can change in ONE year if you allow it but your thoughts have to be perfectly aligned to ONLY the things you want.


One thing that I actually had to do was to stop going on Tik Tok so many people want to be therapists; what Confidently Healthy is about is suggesting and getting you aligned with your intuition so you can make the changes for yourself because you’re responsible for you.

Where do you want your life to be a year from now? What do your finances look like? What does your body look like? Who are you with?

When you get a very clear understanding of what you want in your life; you can then consciously create it; daily.
