How Identity Shifting Can Help You to Achieve Your Optimal Potential.

Have you struggled for years to lose weight and feel great about yourself? Maybe to even love your body size? I know I have for decades and I have finally reached my turning point that this was enough.


Something had to change within me and my mentality because how I viewed myself was preventing me from reaching my optimal potential. 


Let’s first begin to define what the meaning of "optimal potential" is because everyone has different terminology for the word "optimal"; "optimal" means that you are operating on the highest frequency and attracting success by being dedicated to who you are, what you do, and what you give out daily to maintain and achieve success.

Potential means that even when you rent out $20,000 plus villas for months at a time; there is still room for more in the world, and that does mean it has a monetary number on it; instead the definition of fulfillment because you're using that money to create memories.  



For instance, you can choose to rent the villa by yourself or would it be more fulfilling to celebrate it with family and loved ones?



The scenarios have both two different identities and intentions and that is what we are going to speak about today in the terms of weight loss and health.



Weight loss is achieved through intention, consistent action, effort, and conscious change.  



On the power of intention; the intention is the power behind your action to attain the things you want.



The thing that you want has an energy about it that you must acquire and develop in order to attain that result.



The Feeling is the Secret. 



Energy does not lie; you might have realized that if you thought of something negative-negative comes into your experiences.



Why would you create negative experiences through the power of thought in your own life and watch other people win? 



I need you to develop in your mind right now as you’re losing weight-it is possible for you to lose weight; and this is exactly: how you’re going to do it.



Through expressing gratitude for exactly where you’re at today and consciousness, you’re aware of the change and that you have the health to make this change.



Now, we are going to start saying that we are grateful for the things, we desire so we can bring them in and get excited for receiving them.

Example: 




I am so grateful that I have lost 27 pounds and 8% body fat permanently and that it is never coming back because now I can run faster and more consistently.




I am so grateful that I have lost 27 pounds and 8% body fat because now I can see my abs and feel stronger. I have no back pain. (having abs strengthens your back muscles)




I am so grateful that I have lost 27 pounds and 8% body fat and actually enjoy the physical activity and eating foods that I enjoy cooking amazing things and enjoying high-quality foods when I go out to eat with friends. 




These are some examples you can easily implement in your life that will start to change your vibration and challenge your imagination of feeling that you have the things you desire. 




Overcoming Fear




Stop trying to achieve the perfect body; start achieving YOUR perfect body. 




Everyone is shaped differently, although, it is great to strive for something; for competitions etc etc. 




You want to focus on the energy of sustaining this creation with ease.




I think there is one thing that everyone faces, and it is very subtle is; will I like my new body, will I like my personality, am I okay with being seen?




These three fundamental questions, are something you have to face and not put behind you as you progress forward.

Will you like your new body?





I think what is common within the “I am so maternally, and I am a mom community’-is that we are the caretaker, and we put ourselves last, however, this is the year that we start putting ourselves first.





Usually, weight is a sign that you’re putting everyone ahead of yourself and not taking care of yourself; this has to stop.





It can simply begin through the power of walking 45 minutes in the morning after your coffee and gratitude practices.





What will this teach you?





This will teach you to overcome the fear of uncertainty because often times we place our confidence in the trophy, the crown, the actual success rather than the process.





This is where changing your identity to this is what you’re doing exactly each and every single week, day, and minute will change who you are and what you’re achieving. 





What we want to do is shift the focus off the outcome; although we know it is there; to the process because the process sustains the outcome.





I know when I lost weight and reached my weight loss goal on my vision board of 155, I was not happy because my body didn’t look exactly what I wanted thus causing me to gain weight to 167.





Again, gratitude for your progress and what you achieved is vital because you’re someone’s dream body!





Will you like your new personality?





Remember, as I mentioned earlier your intention behind the goal is everything?

 

If you’re trying to lose weight and being vain about it-you’re going to become a prude person.





However, if you’re losing weight and actually focused on losing weight and never being here again-your personality will become a healthy one.

Instead of one just forcefully eating healthy foods-actually learn how to cook. (this is a journey)

A personality consists of characteristics or qualities that define a person; so ask yourself do you like the characteristics or qualities of the person you’re becoming or have become?


Are you okay with being seen?



I think many people who are obese are afraid of being seen and that is why they self-sabotage themselves by eating things that are not good for them.



Food is an investment into who you want to become in the future; so the hamburgers and french fries won’t work.



Changing your identity; means you’re changing your approach to food, health, beauty, how you speak, who you’re attracting-how and where you’re positioning yourself.



And this requires you to be seen. Are you ready to become your truest and highest self?
